            2016 TYM **** Tractor SP Model 105 HP 4 WD Serial number ********** ****** Farm Equipment on 3-30-17 Delivered 4-18-17 Hwy 67 **********, **. Paid $52,914.I have 9 pages of documentation to provide about problems I have had with this tractor.I am very disappointed in dependability of this tractor. The tractor has too many problems which occur often and cause excessive downtime. There seems to be no factory support to resolve these problems.At the time of this writing, 6-6-23, I should be completing my spring hay harvest. I have not begun due to TYM tractor being in the shop. Yesterday I had a conversation with dealer. He stated that no progress has been made to repair my tractor. It has not been assessed to determine what is needed. Factory representatives have not been in contact so needless to say no parts have been ordered. I have been told that no factory mechanics are working on it. Its been in the shop over a month. It appears there is a total failure of TYM company to support their equipment they have sold to farmers. This tractor was purchased in good faith that it would perform as warranted.

            My *** is a fantastic tractor for my needs. 680 hours at about 26 months of ownership. T574H w/ cab model I clear snow for myself & several of my nearby neighbors. I do Maple Sugaring with it in late ************ grass & heavy brush on *************** with 3 different type mowers off the **** Brush hog, flail, & finish mowers, all 72" wide. I've used it to maintain & create local trails for ********************* I also use a 9" woodchipper off the *** as well. The tractor handles all that I throw at it very nicely.The 1st year I accidently broke a glass side ********* dealer got me a new one in no time (at my cost since it wasn't a warranty item). I did need warranty work on one of the front wheel bearings after the 2 years Bumper to Bumper warranty was expired, but it WAS still covered by the **** hour powertrain warranty. The local ** dealer I brought it to got it fixed for me in less than a week. (Even though I didn't buy the tractor from them, but rather from a dealer up in *****.) I'm very happy with the T574 model & the *** brand.********
