      2016 TYM **** Tractor SP Model 105 HP 4 WD Serial number ********** ****** Farm Equipment on 3-30-17 Delivered 4-18-17 Hwy 67 **********, **. Paid $52,914.I have 9 pages of documentation to provide about problems I have had with this tractor.I am very disappointed in dependability of this tractor. The tractor has too many problems which occur often and cause excessive downtime. There seems to be no factory support to resolve these problems.At the time of this writing, 6-6-23, I should be completing my spring hay harvest. I have not begun due to TYM tractor being in the shop. Yesterday I had a conversation with dealer. He stated that no progress has been made to repair my tractor. It has not been assessed to determine what is needed. Factory representatives have not been in contact so needless to say no parts have been ordered. I have been told that no factory mechanics are working on it. Its been in the shop over a month. It appears there is a total failure of TYM company to support their equipment they have sold to farmers. This tractor was purchased in good faith that it would perform as warranted.

      The steering is non-responsive and neither of the TYM dealers in Arizona want to do warantee work. I purchased the T574 from TYM new in 2020, it has ~90 hours on it. I had the dealership perform the 50 hour maintenance where I did complain about "float" in the steering. The wheels tended to straighten on their own or follow the groove of the road instead of mainting the angle set by the steering wheel. Now at ~90 hours, the wheels are not turning with the steering wheel. I submitted a short video to both dealers showing the steering wheel turning 5 full revolutions without the front wheels moving. They have agreed that this is a warantee issue and a safety issue. They have both told me to take it to the other dealership to get the work performed. They are both more interested in ranting about too much work, not enough help, doing the jobs of 40 people, etc. As a customer, I'm stuck in the middle with a defective piece of equipment, a wothless warantee, jobs I need to get done before snow, and no help in sight. I paid full price and bought new. TYM guaranteed the quality. I thought I was getting durability, reliability, and support. I'm not getting any of that. I need this fixed now.

      Purchased a Tym 494 with bucket from ******** ***** ***** ** ******* *** . Mi took delivery in March , has less Than 30 hours on it, we used it for general clearing of brush and debris on our land yhe bucket ended up bending, the dealer said “ this happens , the steel is weak to protect yhr loader!!” What the heck is that !! Contacted customer service and they said we must have misused it!! Terrible service on a $40,000 tractor so disappointed that we are stuck with a bent bucket!!!

      Over two months ago I purchased a TYM tractor with loader and backhoe. But when I picked up the tractor they said they didn't have a backhoe in stock and that it would take 30 days to get one from TYM in North Carolina. It's now 67 days past purchase day and still no backhoe. It's already paid for and the dealer has the money in the bank but I don't have a backhoe. I asked for a refund of that portion of the sale and the dealer said that wasn't possible. I've attempted to contact TYM via an email form on their website but this electronic form doesn't work - it's not active. And they don't list their phone number. The dealer says they spoke with TYM headquarters in NC last Friday and "apparently backhoes are on backorder with no ETA." So I'm out a backhoe and approximately $8500. I'm nearly 70 y.o. and may be dead by the time they decide to ship.

      On 10/25/2021 we did buy/finance a new TYM T225 Tractor from ***** Tractor, manufactured by TYM Tractor Company. This tractor comes with a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty. Presently the tractor only has 26 hours on it. The engine is made by******* of Japan. While at Idle in our front yard, we smelled a little smoke "like electric" and a slight rattle. Within seconds the tractor shut down. I checked for overheating, and oil. All good. Tried to restart the tractor but the starter would only click. I contacted the dealer service dept. at ***** Tractor. They said we could bring it in, but could give no time period to look at it. I then checked Google and found the problem. According to google, TYM has a problem with their wiring harness which back feeds through the alternator and burns up the starter motor. I contacted******* and they confirmed this information.******* confirmed that there are no starter motors for this unit in America at this time. ***** the dealer says they have no wiring harness in stock and have no idea when they might have the harness or starter. I have tried to contact TYM Company Out Of NC three times and they do not return calls or emails. This is a known problem and they are doing nothing to help the customers. This is the second TYM tractor I have purchased from TYM, and yet they do nothing to help. I have this tractor financed and am paying monthly for something that is useless. I keep my tractor in our garage out of the weather. ***** tractor the dealer said we could drop it off and leave it outside till when? No answer there. We have great credit and do not want to do anything to hurt it. CAN YOU HELP US?
