These people sent a repair man to my home to fix our Samsung dryer. He came a day late but seemed competent when he got here and did the work He replaced the heating coil and went away. the dryer worked OK for a few days but stopped heating less than a week later. We called them and got the answering machine. They call back and set up an appointment for the next day between 3 and 6PM. Nobody showed up, nobody called us, and they have not answered or returned our calls for two plus days. We found somebody else and they found the same problem as the original time. The repair man showed us that the replacement part they put in was substandard and really flimsy. Why anybody would go through the time and effort to put in a bad part is beyond me. They could have installed a good part for the same effort. They do not seem to have a website or office address online that I can find.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.They said they would send a check but have not done it. Also the complaint was for a company here in ********.
