            On October 10, 2016, Hon. Robert H Hobgood, Superior Court Judge, granted a a temporary restraining order in Wake County Superior Court. NC Attorney General's filed charges alleging the business is in violation of NC law prohibiting defendants from engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practices. 

            Any North Carolina consumer who hired Crystal Spear, Ronnie Griffin or their aliases or d/b/a's. without receiving their property or a refund is encouraged to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Help is available toll-free within North Carolina at 1-877-5-NO-SCAM.  Consumers can also file a complaint online at www.ncdoj.gov.

            On October 10, 2016, NC Attorney General’s office was granted a temporary restraining order in Wake County Superior Court. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of NC law prohibiting defendants from engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practices.
