I've attempted to contact Charles M***** in regards to an issue with the roof that I was told was under warranty. It was mainly a question as to whether or not it WAS actually covered since there seems to be some uprising of some parts of the roof. In March 2023, I attempted to call Mr. M***** but there was no answer and no room left on his voicemail. I've sent him several texts with a photo asking him if the uprising was normal, if it was covered under any kind of warranty, and to please let me know either way. These texts were on March 18th & March 20th of 2023. Neither received any responses. I also called and received no answer. On April 11th, I texted Mr. Charles again to ask if he would at least give me the name of the company that he purchased the shingles from for the roof install. Yet again, I have received no response. There has been no resolution to this issue. I have spoken with Mr. M***** in the past regarding other issues. One being a boot on the roof, in which back in about May of 2022 Mr. M***** told me that someone one would come out to make sure it was secure and damage free, but it would take at least a few weeks or even months before they were able to come out because he was really backed up; which I understood. After not hearing from or getting any response back from Mr. M***** months later, I texted him in January 2023 asking him if he was still gong to send someone out because my concern had grown due to all the rain and the extended time passed. His response was that "he was not going to do a free estimate", which I did not understand because he was supposed to send someone out months ago. Therefore, it would not be an estimate but a follow through of an earlier statement/promise. He also responded that "he was not going to get into this with me because my issue was not with the boot". I did respond to let him know that I am not referring to anything but the boot (in the back of the house). There was no resolution to this issue.
