      On 12/10/23 I went to dental works and paid $300 to get a new mold for my retainers because they were in the process of breaking. It should only take a day or two to get molded. The man who did the molding told me it should be ready by next week some time, and then laughed and said he’s a little behind on a few but should be getting caught up… eventually my retainers break completely and a month goes by no one contacts me about my retainers. I call them numerous times within a 2 or 3 week span. No one contacts me no one give me any answers no one calls me. I call no one answers. Leave a message no one answers. At this point my teeth have shifted, and I’m concerned my retainers will break when I do get them. I go into the office clearly upset because it seems like they’re ignoring me on purpose. I’m upset trying to get some answers and the guy who did my mold tells me they’ll be done tomorrow. When I leave they call me saying I was rude, I’m a spoiled brat, I don’t know how the real world works. And they will no longer be making my retainers for me. A PRODUCT I PAID FOR 6 WEEKS AGO. The she hung up on me while I was trying to talk to her. Now my teeth have shifted bc I had no retainer for 6 weeks because of them and I have to get remolded for retainers. Maybe I was unprofessional when I went in there but I was upset because of their unprofessionalism. They have my original molding and I want my retainers.

      Dentist Ronald Mooring is rude and arrogant. He pulled some teeth first. I had numerous visits before he started on dentures/partials. As time went by it became more stressful. He was sarcastic, loud, and had others to do the work instead of himself. He was training people still in school. At least that is what I was told. He was never in there training them during any of my visits. That led to more visits to correct mistakes. Dr. Mooring was the only dentist at that location during the time I was seen. Since I had to prepay well over $3,000, I felt stuck with him When my dentures/partials came back 4 weeks late, they didn't come close to fitting. Fed up, I asked for a refund. The thought of going through it all again made me feel sick. He started yelling, calling me names, and insulting me. He yelled at me to get out and never return. He proceeded to physically shove me from behind as I walked toward the exit. He was still shouting. I was crying so hard that I couldn't speak. I was scared and just wanted to get away from him. Customers were coming out of their rooms to see what was going on. It seemed to scare them too. None of it seemed to bother or embarrass him. My husband went there later and requested to speak with Dr. Mooring. He refused to speak with my husband. My husband never raised his voice. He was very respectful of Dr. Mooring and his staff. Dr. Mooring wasn't with a patient nor had one waiting at the time. I did get out and I never returned or called after that. I never received any type of apology or correspondence. I did end up with a refund. The office manager sent it to my payment source. I found that out by seeing it posted on my credit card statement. I was so traumatized I had a hard time going to another dentist. I still can't believe he was an actual professional. The fact that he sees children scares me.
