I have requested a refund on my partials for a total of $2,880. I sent an email with my receipt to Deana ****** on March 6th, 2023 so affordable dentures can proceed with my refund. I have not received any status update since, and every time I place a call to see about my status, I am told Deana is not in their office or their computers are down. I have never received these dentures and I have zero desire in getting them as I will need further extractions due to decay teeth affordable dentures refused to pull. If affordable dentures pulled my remaining 10 teeth and I received full dentures, we would not be in this predicament. I am waiting until the end of March to see if I receive my refund before reaching out to an attorney. Do the right thing so we both can move on from this. Thanks.Initial Complaint

On may 26th I received my dentures. Total amount of 665 dollars. That day they told me I had 90 days if I had any problems including fitting they would cover it for free. I leave my job today july the 18th to have them to refit my top ones because I can’t wear them without glue in them. It’s a 2 hr drive both ways for me to go. When I got there they told me there was nothing they could do I would just have to deal with it. I wonder how many people has been made this guarantee and told they would have to spend more money to fix itBusiness response

Mr. **** came into the office on Friday 7/29/2022 and our staff took great care of him and got his dentures fitting properly. I feel that this issue has been resolved.
