I was looking for furniture and initially spoke with the manager of the store, where I was given a price for the furniture. I came back on the second visit (next day) and spoke with a woman named *********, where I was given a more expensive price for the same furniture. I went back for a third visit, where I spoke with the actual manager again, for the agreed price along with some other furniture. Once I decided to give my information (checking account) to finance the furniture, I noticed the manager taking a photo of my private banking account information in his personal cell phone. This is a violation of my privacy, as well a breach of confidentiality. After disagreeing with their terms of the leasing agreement, I requested to the manager to delete my banking information from the computer and also from his cell phone. After speaking with someone in the legal field, I was informed that this was a breach of my privacy and to call back to confirm deletion of my information. Although, iPhones never actually delete anything due to information being saved in the "cloud". So technically, the manager still has my personal banking information stored in his phone/cloud and with these reviews regarding his business being consistent with his lying and failing to deliver customer's ******************** after receiving payment(s) is a huge concern and prompts in looking into legal representation. I called back to speak with the manager regarding this last night and *************************** up on me while I was still speaking. I was in disbelief at the "customer service" that was being provided or lack thereof. It is clearly and factually proof of the *** and 1-star rating that reflects the manager and his employees. This company should not have any business and should not be open to sale anything to the public.
