We went to Hyman furniture looking for a couch. We found one that we liked. We started talking to ******** Hyman about the couch. He had us fill out application for a finance company through Acima. We were never explained about the finance company. He just told us to fill out the forms and e-signed them. We were only told about the payments that or do we were never told that we were being financed through a lease agreement company. ******** then said that he would hold the couch for us because the finance company only allowed us so much and he wanted us to pay him $800 for the other part that the finance company would not cover. He never said anything about a return policy to his store, nor was there one posted in the store at all. Four days after we never received anything from Acima the finance company, so I called them to find out what was going on and that’s when we were told that we owed extra money that was not even discussed by ******** to us when we were there, looking at the furniture there is still $1000 floating somewhere that we’re not sure where it has went to we called Acima to get the loan canceled because we do not have the couch, and ******** is refusing to cancel with us even though we don’t have the product, he did not have a return policy posted or tell us anything about a return policy. This man has lied to us from the very beginning up until the time that we called and talk to him. We have the times and text from when we talk to ******** Hyman. We told him we would get a lawyer, if needed to to get this settled. And he did nothing but lie to us on the phone when we were talking to him. We would like to be contacted in regards to this issue if someone could call ************. We just don’t want anybody else to go through this. Again, I never received anything from Asima in regards to the lease or anything that was done on the computer. I had to physically call a Sema, and find out all this information from them.
