This is a response to the complaint by ******************** We arrived at her home, accompanied her to the ********** to pick up her Storm Door so that we could have the correct measurements, etc. Our written agreement was to hang her new Storm Door which we carried up a huge flight of stairs, and also add curtains, and blinds throughout several rooms. We were rushed to finish up and had barely removed the door from its container before she began complaining about a scratch on the door's rim the size of the end of a needle scratch which is fixable and not uncommon due to packaging. Ms. ****** took the work order which she had approved, began marking off tasks stating that "my uncle can do this, and this, and this resulting in a work order of $300. We noticed she had done quite a bit of shopping at ********** in addition to the door and assumed that she did not have funds left. So that she could continue the job anyway we resubmitted her request for payment of $0. Yes, Honestly, we were actually excited to see her cozy abode come to life. I do not and did not curse her or gauge the price, or become irate at all. This false accusation caused us to lose a significant number of jobs. Being the saintly folk, we do our best to be, we prayed over this incident, and without a lot more effort on our part other than prayer we've been blessed to receive a significant number of jobs such as the butcher block counter tops we recently installed.
