    DON'T NOT USE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND BLAME YOU! KYLE V*****, THE SERVICE MANAGER WILL TRY TO EXTORT MONEY FROM YOU AND BLAME YOU FOR DAMAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Events from September 13, 2021 - September 23 2024 On September 13, 2021, I submitted my car for engine troubles at Parkway Ford Lincoln at 3150 University Parkway, it took them three days to say that they needed to disassemble and reassemble to assess what was wrong with the engine to figure it out what was wrong with it, which costs $1600. Then, they told me the timing was off and it needed a timing belt. So, while they waited a few more days, the service manager Kyle Voigt, told me that the car ran into a complication where he said something failed with the engine. I asked him emphatically, "CAN YOU FIX IT?!" He responded by saying that they could fix it, he just wanted to bring it to my attention. When it comes to the day to pick it up, the car starts fine and runs fine but the SYNC media system doesn't work. And they don't know why. Then, the next morning, the car doesn't start. I get it looked at by them by telling them they should pick it up and fix their screwups. Then, within the day, I'm told I have to take off work to discuss my options because they can't fix it. When I arrive, I'm shown a diagram of parts and functions of the engine to which they proceed to try to blame me for the engine failure by saying it was because it had bad and old oil in it and I bought it used. Also, the mechanic revealed that when they take apart the engine for disassemble and reassemble to assess the damage to the engine, they don't really take apart the whole engine, they just take away levels and layers of the engine. So, they only went as far as they saw as the problem, and just not far enough, which Kyle V**** and Jerry agreed on. These excuses were from the mechanic Jerry and Kyle. First off, I kept up with all of my regular oil checkups and inspections to avoid this very issue. And only at $6000, with a brand new engine that comes with a 3 year warranty, now, they can fix it. Then, they proceeded to present me with two options, either I pay $6000 for a brand new engine for a 2015 Ford Fusion that already had 90.000+ miles on it that I've had for three years with no problems, or take my car somewhere else to get a second opinion. At that point, I was livid, and I left to think of my next steps. Then, on September 24, 2021, I spoke to Bryan M******, who is the Director of Service, I couldn't find an owner because they wouldn't let me talk to one, proceeded to tried to play mediator to a very screwed up situation that his staff created when they messed up my car. He tried to blame me by saying they only did what I told them to do to fix a problem when he admitted that they didn't go far enough to fix the problem as a whole. They just refunded my money and told me to pick up my car and take my business else somewhere else because they didn't want to admit they messed my car. And now, it has more problems than it did before and they refused to fix them or make it right in any way.
