      ************ does not care about patients never look me in the eye and did not call in medication for my eye. Im in tremendous amount of pain. I have a gash in my cornea. I saw her in ****************************************************************************************************** Its like a Band-Aid on your eye she would not remove it. She had me do it myself as I had gel nails I ended up Gashing the side of my eye, and it was blood red and very painful for over a week. So I sit here now with no medication another gash in my cornea in extreme pain because she was more worried about me arriving very early which I was told to do by ******* and she All but called me a liar when I explained it to her that I was told to come in earlier just in case someone didnt show up and they could work me in earlier. I trust my staff and no one told you that I dont even think I should have to pay for being there today my insurance should not have to pay, she never even put her hands on me. The girl that did the work did more work than the doctor did. My daughter is an optometrist. Shes out of town and I could not see her. Thats why I had to go there me I will go sit in the hospital for 19 hours before I will ever set foot in an office that ************ works in , it was the most horrible experience and an optometry office Ive ever had except for ******. She was amazing and outstanding. Please excuse any typos or grammatical errors as Im talking to text.

      I’ve been going to get my eyes examined here for the last 10 years. Over the years their policy has been to price match. 2023 they stop price matching, but did not inform their customers. I paid the same price for a six month supply compared to a 12 month supply that my insurance company covers. I called the store back. I was told the manager is not there. Not sure when the manager would be there. I asked for the corporate phone number to resolve my issue. They told me they didn’t have a corporate number and could not help me so hopefully I’ll hear back for the manager according to them I’m gonna have to come out my pocket almost $300 to cover the rest of my prescription which my insurance company would have cover the whole dollar amount.

      I called and spoke to the patient this afternoon. I explained to the patient that unfortunately we are no longer allowed to price match contact lenses, however, the patient used her insurance during her purchase in July and paid $28.00 after insurance for a 6 month supply versus the $93.40 she paid out of pocket without insurance for the year supply last year (we are unable to discount and apply insurance together, so insurance was not applied last year). The patient stated she was upset that it was not explained to her at checkout that she was only getting a 6 month supply and would have preferred to have been given the option to purchase a year supply then even if she had to pay extra. She asked how much extra she would have had to pay then and I informed her it would have been $242 more, which I also offered to order the additional 6 months for her now for the same price of $242, but she declined. She stated she was more upset that the quantity she was purchasing was not explained to her at her original purchase in July. I apologized and assured the patient that I would speak with the associate that checked her out that day to ensure better clarification of this in the future. The patient asked for a number to our corporate office, which I informed her we unfortunately do not have one to give, but I did advise her to fill out the 'Contact Us' form on our website, which all submissions go to our corporate office. I asked the patient if there was anything I could do and she requested me to send her a copy of her prescriptions, which I did.

      Unfortunately, as a 10+ year customer at that location really did not have my best interest and caused a disservice. Instead of discussing billing and payment options, they took it upon themselves to select what they thought I should have instead of discussing it with me. The information that is provided in the reply. Yes, all of that is true, but this was explained to me after the fact I did reach out to corporate, and expressed to them that I felt as though that it was a disservice saying that me and plus family members have been customers with them 10+ years. I still stand firm with my complaint, and would not do business with them moving forward.

      I would never never recommend this office on peters creek Pkwy to anyone. My visit there was horrible I've never been treated the way I'm being treated. I've been waiting 65 days for them to straighten this out,and still nothing. The "supervisors" won't return my calls. They're nothing but a joke.
