I was cheated. We paid almost $4000 for our wedding reception. Some of her crew members were extremely rude one woman snatched a plate out of my maid of honors hands during clean up and even started a fight with one of my bridesmaids. We were all getting ready to go and some of my bridal party was hanging outside the venue and her son went up to one of my bridesmaids and called her the * word and got all in her face yelling at her. My brother saw and reacted, because its a man trying to start something with a woman he knows and loves like family. So her son runs inside and hides behind the glass door still running his mouth and instead of my brother putting hands on him he punched the glass. I had to pay for the glass which I do not think is fair because her son started everything. She has not offered anything her crew members that started the fight have not offered anything. It's been a year since my wedding and I still haven't gotten my stuff from her that I was supposed to receive. She kept mixing my wedding up with someone else's and I didn't get the correct center pieces that I had been dying for. She mixed up some of my decorations. If she doesn't write down everything you actually ask for then she will forget and she may even mix your stuff up with someone else's. This experience for a day that I can not get back was just horrible. This is money out of our pocket for something we did not cause and neither did any of our guest. And she tried to say she doesn't have to give us our stuff that she made for our wedding because we didn't pay for it. *ut paying you $4000 to decorate our wedding regardless if it's stuff you bought or made IS us paying for it! And she had already told us what we could and couldn't have a never delivered on her word.

If I could give this woman zero stars I would. She was paid so much money to make our event spectacular and she fell very short from that. She is very rude, unprofessional, and is definitely not a woman of her word. Our even was supposed to start at 6pm and we could not start on time because she was not done decorating. We didn’t arrange the tables as she wanted which is why she said she wasn’t done in time, but clearly said her plan was just a draft. It was up to the client to arrange the tables and chairs how we wanted. she was paid additional money to fully drape the venue and did not. Saying she didn’t have enough to drape. They started putting up linen at 10pm when the party was supposed to be over at 1am. Talking about “we can’t” tell her what to do. Save yourself the headache and do not hire her for big events. She was a headache from the minute we arrived at the venue. One of her employees (her son) even tried fighting one of the guests. *Edit First of all alcohol was not involved when all this happened. 2nd of all my DAUGHTER responded to your son attempting to attack me by the door which security witnessed. 3rd I never got thrown out of the event as I laughed and enjoyed the rest of my night with security as I planned on booking our next event. You were very unprofessional from the beginning not only to our family but to the venue staff. We have pictures, texts, and so forth. As far as me barking, anyone can tell you I don’t bark for long so I let YOUR client (my sister) deal with you. You fail to realize your client a non confrontational person and you took advantage of dealing with someone soft hearted. As Hispanics we all worked together to make this event happen for my niece. You not having everything done in time took an emotional toll on my niece and my sister n law as they were crying because their vision not being visible. Your client was 30 minutes early which our photographer can confirm. The food was late because you weren’t done and our guest
