      I paid for a quarterly pest control plus a 2 spray mosquito pest control service over the summer. I was told I would get 2 sprays for the quarterly pest control by the office manager and by one of the techs. I made sure to ado multiple times if I was paid up for the second pest control spray and they both said yes. Everything was fine until the second spray was done and I was sent a bill for the second spray.

      I spoke with Mrs. ********* and went over the terms of the quarterly service program. We realized there was a misunderstanding on the "call back service" benefit and that's were this matter began. We seemed to have resolved the misunderstanding over the phone.

      In June of 2021 I contacted the company to obtain services. I was told I would pay $92.99 for pest control service over the next year. I later received a bill for $125. They never came back and until today have not been available to get in contact with which they are now stating they would not honor the price paid for the year.

      ********* **** contacted us to initiate a quarterly pest control at her home. We informed her that her initial service would be $125 and her quarterly services would be $90. She verbally agreed to the pricing, we performed her initial service, and she paid the invoice. When it was time for her next service she contacted the office stating the she had paid for her services a year in advance. We informed her that she had only paid for her initial service and that she would be charged $90 if she had us perform her upcoming service. She said that was incorrect. We do not price any of our services ending in ".99" so we are unsure how she is under the impression that 92.99 would cover the cost of 4 services.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I don’t understand how they think that this price was just made up because they don’t price with an ending in .99. I called when I received the bill for $125 questioning the price. I, in fact, did not verbally agree to paying $125 for initial services and $90 for additional services. I think it’s sorry that a company cannot honor their offer and then further continue to change their prices only after a single service is delivered. Even when we expressed that we were not happy with initial services and someone would come back out to finish the job that was never fully done I still paid the bill I received out of good faith that the device would continue and never did.
