The corporation that owns these apartments encourages the live on property maintenance to cut corners to reduce cost of maintenance of apartments and building properties resulting in subpar living conditions forced onto all residents and guests. They refuse to open the pools. They refuse to properly address insect infestation. All grass areas severely infected with red ants. They've gotten so comfortable doing what serves them that they even go up to the little kids, toddler ages, and stop them & deny them the ability to play with water balloons outside. Keep in mind all parents are outside with the kids and instead of addressing us as the parents they will freely grab your child's arms or hands and physically stop them from filling up their water balloons. This is extremely alarming and dangerous behavior. They even will steal from units if the resident has an extended time away, eviction. Ect. Then they sell the stolen furnishings to other apartment residents. Please instruct business to address insect infestation. To have no further contact with units unless requested by residents or government officials to do so. And to have an absolute zero contact policy with any of the young children on the property.

While visiting a client on 7/7/23 at roughly 3pm in the ******* ******* neighborhood (managed by above company). I parked in a designated visitor’s parking spot. Upon completing my visit about 5pm, I walked outside to see my car being towed out of the neighborhood. There are no signs that said I couldn’t park in the spot (whole row said visitors). Because there is no signage I had to inquire from my client what company is used for towing she then had to consult another resident. The office was closed at the time and didn’t open until 7/10/23. I contacted the office a spoke w/ Vicki at 8am that morning. I was advised that she would investigate and call me back. I called 3 additional times on 7/10 left her messages and left a message for her associate Ryan. To date I have not received a return call and I’ve called a few additional times. I had to pay $634 to retrieve my vehicle that was illegally towed and want to be compensated for the fees. I am not asking for my lost wages due to the illegal tow just what I had to pay out and no one in the organization will assist with the request. When speaking to the towing company they advised this is not the first instance like this.

      Good morning *******,

      RE:  **************

This is my response to the above Complaint filed by ******* *******

Per our tow company, the vehicle was not in a visitor spot.  It was in a numbered spot and a homeowner called to have it removed.  The tow company only tows from Numbered spots.

Please let me know if you need more information.

      Thanks!
