September 9, 2021: business owner, Israel M*****, committed to provide us a replacement of four windows, estimated to cost $3,065.40. January 3, 2022: business owner accepted deposit for windows of $1,500 USD, advised he would contact at a later time to schedule once windows were in; said they would arrive in second week of February. No more contact FROM owner after this day. March 2, March 22, March 31: owner was contacted by me to inquire about status of windows. Sometimes replied, never had a clear answer. March 31: I requested refund and owner assured me he was going to do the work he’d committed to. April 7, April 9: I asked owner to give me refund after no response to a request to schedule. April 12: owner promised an associate to come by. No one came April 12/13. April 14: I insisted the owner give me a refund and I insisted we terminate our business. He said he apologized and understood. I gave him until April 17 to refund money and if no answer, I said I would file complaints, police report, and contact attorney. April 15: I inquired about refund. No answer. April 16: I inquired about refund. No answer. April 17: I inquired about refund. No answer. April 17: filed complaints, filed police reports. I have receipts to attach but cannot get upload tab to work. Email for further.
