            I bought a $24,000 dollar infinity QX **************************************************************** reverse and then it leaked out all the oil and said I had to pay for it when they came and picked it up on the 59th day of ownership! I bought it 3/21/24 and they picked it twice already with a total of almost 20 days of them having my car after I bought it and it aint even been three months!

            I bought a car and two days later I had to fix the mass air flow sensor. I take it up there and they serviced it. They gave it back and the car was filthy and the car still has problems. It shakes when ur parked and the a/c dont work. Which we told them but they didnt fix it. They never reimbursed me for the money I spent to fix the mass air flow sensor. I noticed the front bumper is held on by zip ties and glue. I ask for trade or money back they said no. On their site says money back guaranteed. Thats false advertisement and a scam. They acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. They didnt seem to want to have any conversation with me, considering they ignored my requests. I am paying 5 grand more than I should for the vehicle I have.

            Good afternoon, *****. My name is ***** Myers, I'm the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx and I'm sorry you aren't happy with the vehicle you purchased from us. My goal is to get you and your wife a resolution that you are both happy with. Your vehicle is currently in our service department being diagnosed. Once that if complete, we will submit a warranty claim and get the vehicle back to you to enjoy. To clarify a couple of things you addressed in your initial review: 1) We couldn't turn in your receipt as soon as you gave it to us because it was the weekend and our business office was closed. However, your reimbursement is coming this week. Thank you for your patience. 2) The lining of your front bumper was originally held on partially by plastic rivets. One of them broke off and the hole was larger than the original rivet. Replacing it wouldn't have held it so we used a zip tie. 3) Our moneyback guarantee is for our Certified vehicles and your Juke isn't one. Therefore, it didn't qualify. Definitely not a scam. 4) We are happy to have an in-depth conversation with you at your convenience. Please let me know if you would like to meet to discuss or do it over a phone call. Hope this helps and we look forward to getting you back on the road in your car soon.
