He cut my trees I paid him$2000’he said I wouldn’t have to worry about any tree limb falling on my cars shortly after limbs started falling he said well he didn’t cut all the dead limb that will cost me more . He put gravel in my driveway for $950 because my driveway kept flooding he said I won’t have to worry about anymore flooding and if I do have any issue to just call him he will fix it . I had flooding and he said it will cost me more to fix never did me mention me having to pay more he said he would just fix the issue . I paid him 600 to remove some trash old tree limbs and brush and a gazebo that was already taken apart and to weed and put rock and mulch In the burial site of my deceased daughter. He asked me what color rocks I wanted I told him he said the weed killer takes two weeks and he be back To do the rest he came back said he had too have more money to buy rock that wasn’t included and the mulch I was upset so he said for 200 he would use the rock I already had and prune some More of my trees and mow my lawn and for additional 100 he would cut the brush in the back yard I gave him 200 he said deal was off he was only doing the garden I wasn’t happy he said he mow too. After he left my lawn flooded I wrote him and he refused to fix it I asked him for my $200 back I would just do the burial site Myself he blocked me where I could text him I contacted him on my sons phone and he blocked Me again I told him several times I wanted my money back he has not returned to finish the work I don’t want him to I want my money back and would like more gravel in my driveway where he said he would do it if it flooded and never mentioned me having to pay for it it is his fault he guaranteed me verbally that there be no flooding . I’m afraid of him now that I found out he was charge with a felony and he told Me he. Was licensed and found out he’s not . So he’s trying to rip me off and take mt money there’s still dead limps on my trees that should been pruned
