      I bought an item from FMB CHOPPERS, aka ************************* ************** that was not made to the ***************************** that I requested, he agreed to make accordingly. Instead, ***** sent a standardized product from his website. The standard product will not work and it was not what I ordered, and ****************** shipped the item at his discretion. Multiple emails were exchanged, as I pointed out the problems with the order. ***** agreed there were two (2) mistakes he made. On Thursday, December 14, 2023, ***** sent an email that authorized a return stating:"Just ship them back (address) And I'll refund you in full."I mailed the item via ***** provided tracking by email, and waited for his response. ***** received the returned package in 4 DAYS, December 18th. Multiple attempts were made by phone, emails, and text for my refund; no response. ***** ignored the refund of $429.00. Keep in mind, it cost me $135.40 to ship the item back. Now I am out of $564.40 and no ownership of a product.I tried to be patience and diplomatic, but this makes no sense. What gives him the right to keep person money? This is horrible business practices, zero customer service, and completely ill-morale social policy. ***** fails to realize the frustration he inflicts on people ruining their days and disregard ownership of a motorcycle, which is why he is in business.I am even more furious that as a paying consumer in good faith to used ***** as a resource. I am beyond disappointed and outraged. Reading his Yelp reviews page, there are dozens of prior ****************** that have the exact same problem. All I wanted was a honest service. I didn't get that at all. ************************* is dishonest, and to take advantage for a financial gain & to ignore sending a refund is wrong. He stated "And I'll refund you in full" - then he must do so. As a merchant and owner of a business, if you cannot provide the correct product or service that was agreed on, then refund the customer money.

      The returned item was sent to the exact address, which the merchant provided, to include USPS Tracking number: 9534610424553348755993.

      Considering to report FMB Chopper Parts as a scam. I purchased the 10" Mercenary Ape Hanger bars for the Indian Scout on November 6 2021 through the website, I still haven't received the bars. I received barely any contact over a 5-6 months period and had to chase up more than once to get ETA updates. Just over a month ago I emailed ***** to advise I no longer had the motorcycle and requested to cancel the order which he acknowledged by replying "That's fine". I still have not received a refund (or the bars for that matter) and have emailed ***** 3 times over the last month and still no refund and no reply to any of the emails asking for a refund. No communication, no bars and he has my money.

      I emailed you, check your spam folder it shipped November 19, 2021  it was shipped usps priority I made your bars and I shipped them and your online calling me a scam artist, you will get no help from me

      I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a PDF of our entire email chain conversation. In it, you'll find ***** is clearly incorrect as he states plainly (on Jan 5, 2022) that USPS could not ship the bars and that he went with DHL. No communication on ETA or a tracking number. I never received the bars. And he ignored my 3 emails asking for a refund.

      I do not have the product, I do not have my money and I did not receive further communication from the company. So... scam.

      Horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered bars and was sent the wrong size and finish. Was told owner was putting a rush on replacements and would send me a return label. I had to contact them back 5 days later and then I was emailed a return label. Next part I'm only mentioning because it will be owners response to cover his blunder. Was told to schedule a pickup, not to take them to post office. I scheduled a pickup and the guy never showed. Had my girlfriend wait all day on her day off. So i took them to the post office the next day. Post office went by my house the following day seeking more shipping. Anyway, after three visits to two post offices i was able to retrieve the bars. Owner was bent out of shape because he was out those $35 dollars. Didn't want to do anything more. Kept blaming me for his blunder, for not following instructions. This is what he said " I made and shipped the wrong height bar so to take care of you I spent cash for a return label and made the correct size bar that is sitting in the shipping room I'm out money now because you did not follow the instructions you could of left the box on your porch..." Leave the box on the porch. Then if it gets swiped, he would send new bars, yeah right. He says he was taking care of me by sending a label. No he was taking care of his mistake, his error. I didn't follow instruction? No, clearly he did not follow instructions or i wouldn't have received the wrong size bars with the wrong finish to begin with. Now I have to spend $230 for new cables because the ones I purchased for the bars i ordered won't fit the taller bars he sent. So he's all bent out of shape and wont do anything more because he spent $35, yet to him it seems perfectly fine that i have spend another $230 because he screwed up. I told him, as a business owner, sometimes you need to bite the bullet and take the loss on a deal. Not this, guy. It's the customer who takes the loss for his blunder.

      I ordered a product from the company for roughly $300 USD. The item was to be adapted, per the website instructions for my motorcycle. I took an additional step to confirm the order had been received to the correct specifications, which was confirmed by the business. The wrong size was shipped, and it took almost 2 months longer than promised on the website. I requested an immediate replacement, which was denied without sending the product back and reordering. I was also told the shipping costs would be my responsibility. I suggested a compromise to the "will not replace without receiving the original order back" by showing proof the order being returned was in transit. The business owner at this point become very unprofessional, using profanity and derogatory terms ("retarded"). No accountability for the mistake, no attempt to find a solution to the issue and after reading further reviews, it seems as if this is a common occurrence with this business. I understand they are concerned with not receiving the original incorrect product back but multiple attempts were made on my part to find a solution to solve this and get a rushed replacement as this product can only be used at certain times of the year (April-August).

      Ordered 2sets of 14" bars a year ago on the phone with ****. He sends me 1 set of 12". Didn't want to wait another month so I decided to use the 12"s. Wouldn't work. Built wrong for this bike. Called,Emailed, no response. Finally got ****,Called me stupid! Gave up and got bars somewhere else. Cost me $400. 1 year later, was really wanting they're phatty blazed bars. So I called and got ahold of **** and apologized for the last transaction. I asked him if I paid the full amount, if he would try again and make the correct bars for the same 2 bikes? He said he would. I paid him $800 for 2 more sets of the exact bars for the exact bikes from a year ago! After 5 wks, I called for a few days straight. Nothing! He sends me a text stating my bars will ship the next day! Another 2wks go by and I sent him a text. Next excuse was shortage of pipe ,the bars will ship Monday. That was Labor Day. 2wks after that I do receive the bars. Again 1 set of 12s. I'm out $800!!!

I asked him to send the bars back and ill refund him in full, so he complains yet he does not want to send them back so it makes no sense to say I'm out $800.       May 25 2021 purchased handlebars with special dimensions 328.98. Thru email it was confirmed not a problem. Wrong dimensions arrived. I was told to ship back and they would refund purchase price and shipping. I have since received purchase price but not the 107 shipping. No more replies from company after several attempts. I have several emails if you would like them. They were never installed and returned in original packaging.

      I bought motorcycle handlebars from this company in January. The bars were sent to me and put on my bike in late February but due to the cold weather, I wasn't able to ride it until spring time. The bars I received from FMB Choppers we're defective and did not tighten safely into the risers of my motorcycle. I tried contacting the contacting the company multiple times. There was never an answer. I left multiple messages and never received a call back. I tried to make the bars work safely and was not able to. I finally got the owner of the business to return an email in June and he said this has happened before and then in late July, he said he would refund me for the bars but since I bought the bars through ******, where FMB Choppers is a 3rd party seller, I needed to go through ****** for the return. I have called ****** multiple times and was finally told today they will not assist me with a refund. I attempted to contact the owner again today to request a refund with no answer.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/12) */ First off I can not believe anyone would think its ok to return a product 8 months later. the knurling on the risers section was smoothed out because the bars were not installed correctly and the riser clamp was not torqued down correctly. When he first called I though he bought them recently and then when I looked the order up realized they were bought in January
