            On 04/28/21 I hired M&T friendly tree service for $1500.00 to cut away the tree branches over my house & shrubs on the right side of my property. He said it could be done that day & I'd get a contract by email. The contract said 2 branches would be cut & 2 trimmed along with the shrubs. I called M&T & told them the contract was wrong so I need a correct one. She said no its ok just tell Leo you talked to me & he's to cut what you & he agreed on I said ok. I told Leo about the contract, he said it's ok I know what we agreed on. Leo came to get the money but when I checked, the crew was gone & all the branches hadn't been cut. I asked him why? he said the men leave at 5, just call the office & they will put you back on the schedule & we will finish it, there's only small branches left & it won't take long so I paid him the $1500.00. I called their office many times to get put on their schedule & each time I'm told they're booked up. I got 1 call from them in 4 months, and I wasn't home.

            I live in a neighborhood that has trees everywhere. That being said, several in my yard had become problematic or were too close to my home. After reading reviews, I chose M & T Tree Service. M & T Friendly Tree Service showed up today and removed seven large trees for me. Five of the trees were in my back yard. All trees were cut and lifted out of the yard via crane and the stumps grinded. I was so enthusiastic that my neighbors on either side of my home got in on the action and had some trees removed as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their competitive pricing and what they do. The guys were efficient, safe, focused, and professional. My yard actually looks better now. But most of all, I'll have some peace of mind when hurricane or storm warnings arrive.
