I believe I got seriously ripped off by this company. I hired them to level out my house so that inside flooring could be put down in my home. I do not know know what they did besides made noise on the outside of my home. They worked 3 days for 6 hours each day. I do not see any difference from the before and after. The things the should have been corrected by the leveling, were not corrected As I can see, I am still in the same position I was in before I contacted them. They boasted about being local but, whenever I would call to ask questions they had to contact their engineers who were in ******** or somewhere and I would have to wait two more weeks for my answers. Well, weeks turn into months and I still do not have a floor inside my house. I really do not know what to do at this point. I had to pay 4.000.00 up front and had to take out a home improvement loan for the rest( believe me it was a lot). I learned later that they had not cleared permits at the time they started the work and do not know if they ever did. How can I find out if they really did what they said and what I paid them for (and am still paying for)? As the customer, how can I verify/make sure I have not been taken advantage of. Is there and agency that can protect consumers in cases like this? Earlier I entered a review on ****** and in their response was, they could not find my name in their records. Well, they found my name when they accepted my deposit and my my payment from EnerBankUSA. I see why they wanted all of their money before they would even start working, why would the care once they have your money? I am very disappointed and bewildered on what to do now. I have little faith that this review will mean or do anything but thank you anyway.

This company is not a licensed contractor. They tell you they pull permits for their work but permits cannot be requested by unlicensed contractors. We were told that their "smart jacks" would fix the issues we were having with drywall cracks and an uneven floor and doors hanging crooked. Their jacks cracked our drywall even more, WHILE THEY WERE BEING INSTALLED, and nothing at all changed with our floor issues. The salesperson and his boss were here "supervising" the structural engineer they hired which is highly irregular and gives the impression that they told the engineer what to say on his report and make sure it agreed with their findings. The salesperson also stated after the report was issued that we needed an additional $1,900 of work, over and above the agreed upon price of $5,278, in order to fix the floor problems in our bedrooms. He admitted he "missed something" when he did his inspection and gave us the quote. We have informed several people, including the employees who were here doing the work that we are getting MORE cracks and the floor is still the same. NO WORD FROM MANAGEMENT or anyone else for that matter. Just stay away from this company - they LIE. And because my daughter and I are women, they also discriminate. Just to be clear - the employees we have dealt with, other than the salesperson, have been very pleasant and professional. Their bosses should take heed because they are the opposite.
