They should get 0 starts.I had received a loan for about 400 or 500 almost a year ago and would assume that your payments are being applied to a loan. None of my payment are being applied and now the balance over 900. Paying 150 a WEEK this should have been completed over in just a few months. They are just collecting money and not being applied the balance and going to so-called interest. I should get a refund for all the extra money that was put into this because this should have been payed a long time ago. They will not be getting any more of my money, it will be stopping today.Spotloan Response

4/22/24 I took out a loan for $500 not knowing that I would have to pay back $2,203 ridiculous spotloan shows you how much you'll have to pay back after you signed the contract You have 3 days to give the loan back before penalties that is what I did I called and gave their $500 back 4/22/24 @7:**** money didn't show up till 4/23/24 morning and was 4/23/24 evening I have emails saying it was returned will no penalty and account closed I'm blocking them from my bank as soon as my bank off just in case spotloan try to pull money from me without my premissionSpotloan Response

I had a loan of $1000. Had a balance of $557.92 in February. As of today, March 29th, it should be a balance of about $198. Its still a balance of $416! They have not responded back to me and I need to where my payments are going.Spotloan Response

Was told the money would be deposited by a certain time, 8 pm central time. I have not received a deposit. They are scheduling my bank draft for March 22 and I have not even received the money.Spotloan Response

900% interest rate on a $300 loan? That HAS to be illegal. Werent they already taken to court once in a class action dispute a few years ago? Scammers! Shut this business down! I immediately put a stop payment with my bank for their ACH debits. They can negotiate a payoff or send me to collections. I hope the company goes under by then. Awful people.Spotloan Response

First off they say they don't check your credit or use it against you- that's the first thing they do and they make a hard not soft inquiry f****** up your chances of another loan if denied. Secondly they scam by changing the apr when you accept (it says 490 on the front page it changes to 900 when you go to accept the terms in the fine print even tho they advertise flat rate!! This is making it nearly 5x what you borrow to repay) Overall 0/5 do not ever work with them!!Spotloan Response

My loan should already be paid in full. This company keeps adding money to my loan and then wants to make me pay a higher payment then what was agreed upon. They need to bring my loan up to date with a zero balance. Don't do business with this company. I regent that I did. Overall ********* it's easy to get and pay off. But they're policies are very misleading and confusing. Your policy should be clear and more understanding. For instance if you say to extend your due date you must contact us within two business days by phone or email. In which I did. And an answer I received was.. I was too late to extend my due date and basically I should have contacted them within 4 days not 2 days, shaking my head, it don't make sense. Two business days is two business days. And in your policy you also included in your words (at least 2 business days). Your policy that could be misleading to your customers / consumers should be rewritten and refresh with a clear view to understand. Both emails that I received back and phone call that I made for my request was both rude and never resolved. If your policy states at least two business days before due date you should honor it in which in this case it did not happen. Once I pay my balance off I'm not sure if I will return or recommend anyone until policy is fixed and honored.Spotloan Response
