We purchased a sectional couch for this business two weds. after the 4th of july We paid around the neighborhood of ******* for the set. When we purchased the set they told us it was gonna ***********-9 weeks to have the furniture to be delivered We were fine with that we didn't receive in that time frame given. It was middle of September before we received the corner piece and one section of couch.so we got two pieces we call they say the rest will be there by end 9f the month the ottoman showed up a week before Thanksgiving. So at this point we are really mad we are still missing one section of my couch and our warrantee has already began we don't have our whole couch well we called they said beginning of December we called still not their the manager tells us 14th of December still not there as of today we still are missing half our purchase this well exceeds the conditions of our purchase they told us they have only offered a lousy 55 bucks back for the remaing piece I want better compensation we hosted turkey day and people had to sit on the floor. Most of all I want my couch. I believe there should be better compensation for this and they should be hustling to get us our couch. I'm done with excuses we've waited 5 months.Business response

Our ******** ** manager spoke with the customer this weekend. A delivery for the remaining items was set up for Thursday Dec 23 and an acceptable discount was agreed upon. Covid has led to extraordinary obstacles in the global supply chain and dealing with those challanges has been one of our primary duties this year. We are sorry that in this case we fell a little short. It's my belief that at this time the customer is satisfied with the agreed upon resolution.
