In 2009 I was involved in Bus/ Pickup truck accident.In 2011, I and ************** schools was sued for that accident. In 2012 they partially settled the claim to prevent it from going to court. I was told, I would not have any losses related to this accident. I do have losses ( lawyer fees, lost wages, etc) from accident. My last contact with them was in May of 2023. I talked to an adjuster related to this and was told to just forget about it. They did not finish settling the claim because if they did the administration would have had to pay for it. That is not my concern if they do or don't have to pay for it. My concern is that the insurance company needs to finish settling this to make good on the promises made at the onset of this lawsuit.
