****** has been contacted several times about our back door at Subway not locking. Every morning I come in to open the store the door is wide open. She has been contacted several times about this issue and refuses to fix it because she thinks the employees are that dumb that they dont know how to work a door. ****** is failing to do her job as a landlord to keep her businesses safe.Business response

Lock on this door was installed my a lock ***** as it is important that locks work on our facility.
We the owners have checked the door on every complaint from leasee and have had no issue locking the door when checked, therefore at the time felt a service call was not needed from professional installer.
We have engaged the installer to return to site and verify lock operation, at this time we are not sure when they will arrive. They have been given direction if lock does not operate as intended they are to replace it at that time.
********** about our business and our tenants, that is whey we(*******) have a alarm system at all our locations and they are monitored when the business is not open. We do not have the same ability to do that with our leased area's, but it is at their discretion to have their area monitored as well. I do they have a camera system in place that is closely monitored by the owners.
