Blue Haven Spa sent me a bill for over $1200 for a service call from 8 months ago that was supposed to be a warranty call. Never once was I a told that there was even a remote chance that I would be charged for this. No repairs were ever made and the problem resolved itself on its own. Their manager was extremely rude & threatened to send me to collections if I didnt pay enough each month. I said I would pay what I could afford and she said that it wasnt good enough. She talked down to me and treated me like a criminal or something. I truly feel I was mislead and should not be responsible for a $1200 bill when NO repair was ever made. Definitely do not recommend this business.Business response

Blu Haven was contacted to go out to ******************** home to try and troubleshoot issues she was having with her spa. We went out to the home and had to troubleshoot electrical work completed by a different electrical company. The issue was not with the spa. It was with the electrical to the spa. The reason this was not covered under the spa warranty was due to it being an electrical issue which is why we had to invoice ******************** for the time and mileage for our electricians to go and work on the issue. When management spoke with ********************, they tried to work with her on agreeable payments; however, ******************** wasnt willing as she doesnt want to pay.
