**** living there wasn't the best but at the said time I desperately needed a place so it was doable I saw 2 apts I was then told the one I liked the most was not available so I had to pick the basement it was always noisy creepy, could hear drug transactions people in out all night no patience or repairs done ever had a terrible water problem in my apt didn't do any slamming the door mysterious people sleeping in the hallway building unkept mostly dirty Management coarse & unprofessional my apartment caught fire while I wasn't there they said they could not help me I had to live in a shelter when available they didn't take me court or ask for money I did find out after trying to relocate they did place a collection on my credit report that's false when I asked why when I wasn't there don't know how it happened they denied it I'm still trying get it removed because no way I never owed them a dime plus I don't owe them now to sum it all up I feel they all greedy conning unprofessional scammers that just care about the money I heard more horror stories since but yes they are believable a terrible buisnness

After reviewing your file and what happened it looks like you had someone in your bedroom that fell asleep with a cigarette and started the fire and that is what the fire report says. So because of the fire that was started by your guest you had to go to a shelter I don't see how that is our problem. So now that we are charging you for the damages you caused and want to call us scammers. Do you really think that we should pay for the damages that your guest that you invited into your home caused. They are falsifying paper work in court evicting people last moment no warning just a court day mad my girlfriend feel threatened and belittle after she comforted them in that office.when she showed them receipts and he bacicllasl that ledger was mark up for thousands yep cooking the book u guys definitely will here about this soon, I never in my life felt so ashamed and disappointed in the thing these big companies that's kicking people out unlawfully and it's a network of rental companies in ********************** area. Next week **** will be exposed for ripping off hundred if not thousands of hard working lower class that can't afford good representation.If u been a victim of these same offenses make a report and file a class action Tuesday !! I have proof of illegal fake documents and and recording of racial slurs " you people" always lie. And when confronted with the truth and receipts try to give us discount and change the reason and amount for court date unbelievable

Going on three years of hating living in my twinhome because **** rents the adjoining twinhome to inconsiderate and rude renters and has been completely unresponsive to my complaints.I purchased a twinhome here in Fargo in August 2018; toward the end of first year in my home the adjoining neighbor moved out and began using **** as the property manager to rent their home out.Were in Bluemont Lakes, an area with families and elderly folks, and **** in their infinite wisdom decided it would be a great idea to rent the twinhome out to college-aged renters.Its been three years of parties, their sound system shaking my walls and floors, doors slamming, motorcycles speeding up and down the street, beer cans littering the yard, blowout screaming fights inside and outside the home; you name it, its happened.Ive spoke with the renters countless times and contacted **** more times than I can count and nothing has changed. Im sitting here in my living room on a Saturday afternoon while they throw yet another party next door and all I hear is bass, and **** hung up the phone when I called to complain.Im so tired of this situation that Im listing my house to get away from these renters. Now I have the joy of disclosing in my listing documents the joy prospective buyers will have living next to these renters because of ****.**** has completely ruined any joy I had in purchasing my first home.
