They only reply to emails once a week so anyone trying to get anything resolved takes forever! It took a month to cancel my subscription when all the info they needed was included in my first email to them. My thoughts are they do this so people get charged another month for their subscription which probably happens a lot. Why can't I cancel by using the app? I can sign up for a subscription in the app so why can't I cancel?! You have to contact them directly, wasting time and giving them the chance to charge your card again. Also, I kept getting emails to resubscribe while I was already subscribed (they had my name and email with someone else's barcode number--howndoes that happen?!). That took over a month and 3 physical location visits to finally fix. The mat washers and vacuums have not been functional at my nearest location for a month so I haven't been getting my money's worth and paying for a service which is unavailable.Terrible customer service and ridiculous amount of time wasted just for a car wash.Review from Heidi T.

3 wash locations have consistently not been open as advertised for weeks in the Fargo area. I have 4 unlimited monthly passes that they automatically charge me. I called them and explained I have not been able to wash my cars due to them not being open. No signs that they were closed, nothing on social media or their website indicating the issue or reason that they were not open. I was able to reach customer service on Monday and they said they are having staffing issues and they refused to refund, credit me for my monthly charges because they reserve the right to close locations. Specifically in their terms it says they can be closed for maintenance, weather or holidays but nothing **************. They said I could go to the Sheyenne St location or the 13th Ave, but that isnt even open yet. Horrible customer service and charging me for 4 monthly passes for a service they cant provide as advertised.
