I am urgently writing to address errors on my credit report due to the disclosure of my personal information to credit bureaus, causing significant financial and emotional distress.According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have a right to financial privacy and expect my information to be kept confidential.Additionally, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account details without my explicit consent, which I have not given.The discrepancies related to UNITED ACCOUNTS INC have negatively affected my financial standing and need immediate correction.Compliance with 15 USC 1666(b) is also essential, as it prohibits creditors from treating credit card payments as late under certain conditions.For your reference, here are my account details:Account Number: ***********I request a thorough review of my account, immediate correction of the credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws governing my information.Failure to address these concerns promptly may result in legal action. I am not liable for this debt with VALLEY RENTAL SERVICE, I do not have a contract with UNITED ACCOUNTS INC, they did not provide me with the original contract as requested. I have attempted to try to get into contact with UNITED ACCOUNTS INC and never get a response back via phone call or email. There was safety concerns at valley rental and a myriad of complaints filed to the office (who didnt answer the phone) before working out of our lease agreement. We were given the green light on getting out of the lease and then got hit with a collection from UNITED ACCOUNTS INC several months after we had moved out.Business response

Based on the information provided by the consumer we are not able to locate an account. Can the consumer please provide us with a copy of the letter we have received from our office. Or if he sees this on his credit report to please provide us with the account number that appears as well as the original creditor name listed. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I dont have an account number or letter to give them due to the fact I dont believe I hold ownership of this contract. I have called United savings to give them the name of the original collector stated on my credit report. I called the original collector as well and had no luck getting answers to ownership of this debt contract.Business response

Consumer paid account on 3/11/2020 for $62.44. This left the account with a zero-balance due in our office. The payment amount was reported to the credit bureau on 4/1/2020. On 5/20/2020 We have created an AUD in E-***** and requested that the account be deleted.Initial Complaint
