Roers property management has 3 different employees that have neglected to assist with my paperwork for a federal housing program in a timely manner which I feel is purposeful. *********************************** from the ************* *************************** from West Ridge *********, and "Lexi" ***** from **************** *********. I dropped off paperwork for *************** to fill out and she said to return the next day. The next day the office appeared closed and calling only got a voicemail. The next time I called, the employees were on a retreat and were not available to fill out the form. Over two weeks later, the ************ called me and offered to give me back my form. I returned to the ********* office to have it filled out by *********************************** who said she could not fill it out at that time and would do it the next day (she was in from Fargo). I was trying to complete the form in time so that I would not need to pay an additional application fee per their policy. I believe that the employees were trying to stall me so as to charge me another fee. The offices for the leasing agents in ********* (West Ridge and South Park Place) are frequently locked and closed during posted business hours and calls to voicemail are not answered. I called and spoke with ***** from the ************ today and was told to speak to ****** in person but at my meeting with ******, she did not respond to or acknowledge any of my concerns.Initial Complaint

As of 7PM today 12/29 the snow removal is still not done. They did finally do half the sidewalk from the front door to the garages but not to the street where the mailboxes are. Also the snow around the mailboxes has not been cleared which means another day of no delivery. I've already shoveled this myself twice this winter because Roers does not do it. I am aware that this was a larger than normal amount of snow but this has been an ongoing battle with Roers for for 4 years now. Unfortunately this is only a small part of the problems in this building. It constantly reeks of weed and cigarettes in the building from one of my neighbors, I've informed Roers of this more than once but they don't even respond to my calls or emails. For a period of several months on two separate occasions there were meth addicts living in the building being extremely disruptive to say the least. They were actually making meth in the building and I felt unsafe the entire time they were here. I also contacted Roers with my concerns during those incidents and nothing was done until they stopped paying rent. There was a garage fire here last summer and my garage unit was destroyed. They very happily took my insurance companies and then tore out the garage and left me with nothing. I realize that probably is not illegal but it's just another example of how Roers does business, and their indifference to the tenants of this property. I don't know what if anything can be done legally but I've had enough. Thank you, James ***** ************
