The skillets that were part of the below purchase are no longer non-stick, despite following the care instructions provided at the time of purchase. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone to request warranty replacement and received no response. Saturday July 16th I purchased a "Chinese non-stick Wok" from a vendor at the ***** State Fair called Homerun Products for a total of $211.99 (includes shipping to our business address) . I have the order number: ********. We were promised "it will arrive at your business address in just about 10 days". We have never received the item and were charged the full amount.The phone number to Homerun Products : ************ is out of order. The vendor did not give out business cards but promised this was a legitimate business providing good products and outstanding service.We want our wok ASAP or money fully refunded.My name: ***************************** Business Address that item was to be delivered to: ***************************************************************. I purchased a set of ******** Eurocast pro pans in 2017. Also an extra pan, largest fryer, mailed direct to my son from the company. We were told they had a lifetime guarantee nonstick coating. There was no mention of an additional warranty regarding 50% cost replacement. All purchased pans have been treated, used, and cared for precisely as instructed. I had one pan replaced I think in 2017 that I had purchased previous to buying the set. Then I was unable to get the company to reply by email after several attempts to get more pans replaced. I finally got ahold of someone through the website contact. They are telling me a different story about the warranty now. They had me upload photos of the pans I need replaced, 11 fryer and 11 deep fryer, plus my sons 12 fryer, and then they said they cannot see that its a manufacturers defect so they will not replace the pans. Again I have not mistreated these pans. I use them frequently nearly daily and 4-5 years of use has ruined the surface enough that the food sticks. I feel I am owed those 2 free replacements and my sons 1 replacement which I gifted to him and the company shipped it direct to him. His handle broke while his 10 year old son was attaching it; and the center of his pan sticks as well. He has also followed all proper hand washing and soft utensil use instructions. I feel that these extremely expensive pans should be replaced free of charge as originally represented verbally & demonstrated in person at **** club, that they would remain nonstick for life or would be freely replaced. Otherwise this whole business is a scam. I hope that the BBB is able to help, and if not, I hope this complaint prevents others from wasting their money. They were able to find mine and my sons information via email addresses in their computer so they do have us in the records. I also provided in email to ***** our current shipping addresses. My sons address has changed, mine has not. All 3 could be ship to me if helpful.Initial Complaint

I purchased EuroCAST **** **** and now one of the lids is cracked. I have sent several emails and tried to call them with no luck. The 10 inch lid is crack out either way from the s**** and I need it replaced. I cannot get in touch with them and I feel they are ignoring me.Initial Complaint

I bought a saute pan from Eurocast in 2016. While it was a very good pan and I was extremely careful with it, in 2021 the bottom started to flake and it started to stick. I was told at the time of purchase and at a demonstration at ********** that it came with 2 lifetime warranties. I filed a warranty request in September, 2021, and at this time they have stopped responding to my emails and won't answer the phone. A pan this expensive had better honor the warranty.Initial Complaint

I bought Eurocast cookware from **** about a year ago. My skillet is no longer nonstick. I have called they dont answer their phones now I have emailed over 10 times I have called home run products they say theyre having weather issues but thats been for the last two months. Im very disappointed in this company as I spent quite a small fortune to buy these I need to get my 10 inch skillet replaced because everything sticks to it now. I have no way to get in touch with these people as I have emailed them so many times left voicemails nothing please do not buy from this company because they do not stand behind their product.Initial Complaint

I purchased the deluxe Euro Cast cookware set on Sept 3rd, at a State Fair. When I got home opened the boxes & unpacked the cookware, 3 pieces were marked up. I was not happy. I took pictures & returned to the Fair on the 9th. The sales person sent those pictures by **Mail thru my phone. That was Sept 9th. I have called there phone # ************ left a message. The **Mails are MANY more from me to them and yet we are not finished with getting the damaged items replaced. We are down to 1 . The others have been replaced. Just recently *************************** said I was not giving her the correct information, She needed the inches across the top and type of pan. This is after over 6 weeks of trying to work with her. You would think the pictures told it all. I just want my D18 - 8 inches across the top, sauce pan replaced immediately. Three labels to return the damaged products. I have ************************* Manager no response. There phone number now says the messages are full. The last **Mail I sent was last Fri. telling them enough is enough. Who ever needs to get on this needs to do so NOW. I am just burned out on their unprofessional tactics . I don't know how to upload documents. My Warranty Certificate # ********
