Hello, I have been a paying customer with ********************** Days since 10/2021. They recently relocated to a new, smaller location after promising their customers a space "4x the size". The last few months this place has gone downhill tremendously & for a business ran strictly for dogs, I genuinely fear for the dogs' safety & well-being. The owners, ****** and *****, are extremely rude & aggressive with customers. There is supposed to be a worker with the dogs at all times for the customers that pay for doggy daycares yet every day, these dogs are left alone for HOURS with no one around checking on them or refilling water bowls not only leaving dogs to fend for themselves if a fight occurs but also become dehydrated and sick. There have been several severe fights that have turned into a blood bath because of this with no additional precautions taken by the owners afterwards. The owners put shock collars on dogs just because they are fighting or as they say "annoying" without 1) asking the dog owners or 2) informing them it was used in the first place. The place never checks dogs vaccination records before allowing them to come play which is a liability problem & against their own rules. If a vaccine is over due & the owner never gets it, they have no clue. There have been several dogs that have contracted kennel cough & intestinal parasites which are extremely contagious among dogs. It is their duty as a business to inform their customers of this especially those who have been around that dog that is sick. It is their duty to sanitize the place, ************* bowls. An owner came in this past week to inform them of their dog having it & they didn't tell anyone or sanitize anything. When I asked them, they left me on read for 24 hours so I asked again and she dismissed it as a "cold" until I told her I have proof from several people including the dogs owners of this. She instantly became defensive/rude & told me to stay home and find somewhere else to go. I can email the proof.
