Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(9) and 326B.84 (4)(7)(15) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to revocation of their Minnesota residential building contractor license, to cease and desist from acting or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota. Any civil penalty has been stayed. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
