There is no way to contact them. I applied for an apartment at ************************ in ********. I received an email that my application was approved, and I quickly paid the security deposit of $500. After doing so I sent an email asking about move-in and key pickup. I got no response. I've tried calling them, but they haven't answered and haven't returned my call. On their website they also list a cell for an agent, still no answer. The cell's voicemail box is full, so no message can be left. I also tried calling the corporate office's number, but that number isn't even in service.Initial Complaint

Business will not return phone calls, no one will come out for our maintenance and resolve our water issue. I have not received any phone calls back. Business also required to have 60 calendar days notice of vacant, no one would answer phones to schedule a meeting time to give notice, charged an additional months rent due to their lack of communication and professionalism.Business response

There will be no refund given to this resident. For him to claim that he has never received calls back is false. Myself, as the director of Valley Rental, spoke to this resident and explained that we would not "cut him some slack" on being late on his notice to vacate. No appointment is required to submit a notice to vacate your apartment, and the terms of the notice are defined in the initial lease this resident signed. ******** turned in his notice to vacate on 8/2, which is two full days late from the required "on or before the last day of the month" 60 day notice. He did ask for a pass, and was told no-which was when he was directed to me. We require the same deadlines to be met by all residents.
As far as his work order not being completed, he has an open work order for low water pressure in his bathroom sink, which is not an emergency. As our maintenance team is currently behind, we have to prioritize work orders based on how they affect the property.

We moved in last October and every time we call about a malfunctioning dishwasher they come in and say nothing is wrong and refuse to fix it. I have multiple emails requesting maintenance along with videos and photos of the dishwasher malfunctioning.Business response

I have verified with our maintenance department that maintenance will be in her unit tomorrow. It is my understanding that the last time they were there, there was food in the dishwasher and once that was cleaned out there was no leak. Beginning of September, a maintenance tech was there and he replaced the baffles and it no longer leaked. Two other maintenance technicians have also made repairs to the seal and the rack. Valley Rental has made attempts when requested to repair the dishwasher. It is always common practice to fix an appliance before having to replace it due to the cost and the time it takes to order appliances at this time.
