Absolutely horrible. Roaches, rats, random disgusting bugs, thin walls, overcharging for everything, terrible management, not safe during the winter because they refuse to shovel and put salt down, and so much more horrible things. Disgusting and evil. They also have false advertising because none of their amenities are ever offered. I wish I never lived here.Review from Lorraine W.

Since change of management this last year, they have been scamming people using the guise of electricity prices. We were being charged nearly $200/month for electricity alone. After calling them out, our **** immediately dropped back down to $50. Management is also rude and unprofessional - cussing out my roommate and name calling when they are asked questions. They have also been known to give packages to wrong residents and refuse to provide the amenities they advertise and charge for. There's hidden fees at every turn - including fees to pay your rent. The buildings themselves are cheaply built. Walls are paper thin. Moved in to a room with black mold. They rarely shovel or manage ice on the walkways and stairs going up to apartments. The way they advertise is very wrong - they show pictures from other locations claiming it is this one and the rooms they show in tours is in the main building which is much more sturdy and much better than the buildings actually rented out.
