This company is a scam. I ordered a tool months ago which they are now shipping. I asked that my order be cancelled and they refused even though they showed the product had not left their warehouse. I have no need for the tool after months of waiting and no warning they were now filling the order. Avoid this company to save your money and hassles.

We are very sorry for any miscommunication. We received and shipped out the package at 7:54am on 7/8/24 the customer contacted us at 9:05 on 7/8/24 it had already been packed in a truck and moving when the customer contacted us. it was delivered at 10:47 on 7/9/24. if customer would still like to return this we would be happy to return the item for free. please contact customer support at ************ option 3.

I’m not sure if another big distribution company is leaving all the bad reviews, but I ordered my dewalt metal saw on Friday, (a little skeptical since I’d never ordered from here before), but I got my saw the following Monday for an extra 15 dollars, (Kinda amazed actually when it showed up). I did have a little issue getting my card to pass security a few times, but after linking PayPal, it worked perfectly. I would order again from here and not even use Amazon for tools anymore. The price was cheaper than anywhere else. (That’s why I was skeptical). Oh and the customer service was shockingly great. She was super helpful and probably the most professional person I’d ever talked to on the phone. Go thru all the reviews and there are some of us who got a great experience but some did not. But as a very skeptical purchaser, I have also been scammed on Amazon and EBay so I totally expected to have to cancel my card purchase from this site. It was relieving that it wasn’t a scam site and I didn’t need to cancel my purchase. There is a scam clone site so watch out for it. Only type in Acmetool.com. It is a legit site.Acme Tools Response

Ordered an item kit on sale and the photo clearly showed 2 x batteries for the tool. After not receiving two batteries as advertised I contacted support. It was acknowledged the advertisement was not correct. No offer to refund or correct the situation was made. I would not have made the purchase if the items had been properly represented. Misleading me the customer into buying items that won’t come and then not making any attempt to rectify is just poor business and they didn’t need to lose a customer over this order but they have. Advertising fraud doesn’t seem to be a concern of this company. Avoid.Review from Chris I

I made a order on 11/27 no word until I called 3 weeks later they said sorry one of the items was back ordered but it was past the date the email said it would be in. Got my package finally but was missing the free starter kit that came with my m12 radio I bought callled today and the First Lady was super nasty with me and pretty much said tuff luck because I added a promo code that popped up while I was checking out that it takes all other promo offers off and she said good bye. I called back talked to a nicer lady this time but still told me Im not going to get my starter kit in a nicer way so now I’m out 100$ and got no battery for my radio very disappointed and will never do business with them again. I will also be contacting Milwaukee and letting them know that they are not doing there promotions as advertisedReview from Joseph L

I tried placing an order and was denied. No reason on my part, they say it's their security system and they said nothing can be done. So basically I'm unable to purchase from them according to the customer service supervisor. What a horrible way to conduct business!!Acme Tools Response

Worst experience I've had I ordered a couple of tools 11/27/23 they sent me an email couple hours later saying they received my order and the next day I got an email that 1 of the tools I ordered was on its way but the rest was still on hold so I waited about a week and finally emailed them and there first response was just a cookie cutter message that was not helpful at all and then a couple hours after they sent that email they sent another email telling me actually your payment didn't go through so I would need to call and update it so I did and they lady on the phone told me they will send an email if the payment went through or not so I told her thank you hung up and thought it was over but no never got my email confirming my payment so I emailed them again the next day to ask if it went through and they said yes it did and they will be shipping my order out soon it has since been another week no updates or anything and when you look up the order it says it's still open don't waist your time or money with this company they might be a good store in person but online they suck and should just stopReview from Michael C

Horrible customer service. Can't contact through phone number without an extension number. Could only contact through email, would take several days to get answer from them. Ultimately had to order item from home Depot. Acme is a joke.Review from ELIJAH N

Extremely disappointed with the company. Put in a big order, including some items I really needed. All was in stock when ordered. Got a shipment of one minor item in a few days. Contacted CS to figure out where the remaining items were and they said they'd ship the next day. a week later, now several items are out of stock, still hasn't shipped. Several unhelpful CS interactions that are boilerplate. will never order tools from them again. zero stars.
