In Nov, we received Oct bill for snow removal with charges for work not done. I called & left message with ****** for the boss but no one called back. After several more calls, talked to ****** week after Thanksgiving. Upon hearing that we were charged for work not done, she became very rude. An unproductive exchange ended with her saying that I was being very unprofessional & should quit my job because I am not cut out for this work & hung up on me. I tried calling the owner but he did not answer his phone or return my message.I was surprised when another Oct bill showed up with the contested charges removed, BUT a charge was added. Since I was going to offer to pay half of the contested charges, I paid it anyway.The Dec bill again had charges for work not done. I called & left a message with ****** for the boss again. Spent all Jan & 1st week of Feb trying to talk with someone & finally sent letter with partial payment. This was after receiving *****************, which also had charges for work not done.I started tracking their crews. When I got Febs bill, I knew we were being over charged. Having given up calling, I sent a letter with partial payment & asked why we were being over charged. Did not hear anything until I got Mars bill (received Apr 3) with a copy of Feb's bill with a handwritten note saying we still owed money. On Apr 3, someone called an old contact. She notified ****** called on the 5th & left message. No one called back, so I sent a letter on 19th about contested charges on ********* bills & asked for **** to call by end of month. No one did. A week later ***** texted our current president in which he said I was accused of yelling at ****** & calling her a re****, paying whatever I wanted & refusing to call them, all not true. 1st week of May, I received final bill which included $110 previously removed, $23.88 difference that I cannot account for & $20.84 finance charge (from contested Dec bill). We decided to pay full **************** BBB.
