Called after couple weeks said it was fixed I could come pick it up. paid my bill $705 got in car wouldn't start! Got it started took off same thing no shift. ****** off I took it back said it's not fixed it's still doing exact same thing nothing's changed!! So he said what u want me to do about it? I said I want u to fix it that's what I brought it here for to fix! So I left very upset. I drive by the place everyday saw car didn't move for 2 months they didn't touch it! I need a vehicle by end of month to go to out of town doc for daughter. So I went to see what was going on. They said it's been busy couple days! I said u have had it for 2 mo and it hasn't moved! No call letting me know nothing. So I got my keys and went to pick it up after work dead as a doornail. They were suppose to fix that too obviously it wasn't. Finally after jumper cables and I am thankful for the worker who brought the battery charger out and hooked that up to to get it going!! They put in a new battery. They said one I had in was wrong it's was brand new from ******* that day I took it to them! so they had me pay 130 for new battery I didn't need. Ok so I get it home checking everything out and my friend who gave me the ride noticed big ***** on my back passenger door!! ( I detail cars at a dealership. I look for that stuff all the time.) Also they broke the rubber off of the cover to engine and just put the piece on top by the window!! Absolutely no coolant in it it's bone dry!!!! Motor mount is broke. when I dropped it off I told him the code that it's a shift solenoid in the transmission. I checked the trany fluid it's not burnt there's some in it. They didn't even check that they just replaced a relay! Also he said it only shifted one time for him so he was just hoping it would do it again?! I did go back and complain about the damage he is willing to talk to boss on Monday about giving me some money back and a check for the door damage.
