9/11/24 for $344.53, ****************** center was to replace a sabotaged differential line and replace a coolant sensor. Differential line was shoddily repaired with zip ties, area left completely uncleaned, differential was also left empty of lubricant which would lead to further expensive damage and repairs. Customer provided sensor to be installed was refused causing a full day of delay on repairs due to having to order the same part, only from their parts *****Business response

We called ***** and left him a message stating that we would send out a full refund. We also texted him stating that we will be sending out a full refund and he accepted and said he would call back when he had time. We did send out a full refund on Monday September 16th.Thank you.
