Our sewage line was backed up and we mistakenly called absolute comfort. The man who was assigned to come out to our house called beforehand to ask if our furnace/heater was the problem. I said no and proceeded to tell him that our sewage was acting up. The man on the phone said he would "come check it out anyway and maybe refer us to someone who can help". I agreed to have him come out, not knowing that they would charge so much for less than 5 minutes of assistance. The man showed up to the house and took one look confirming that our sewage line was backed up ( which I was already aware of ) and left saying he couldn't help. I eventually found someone who was able to clear the whole problem for less than $300. I should have been notified that we would be charged before the man came to our house.Business response
