On Thursday, September 8th, I had the COPRO business come to my house for a garage door repair. The work and the repair were was done successfully, however, the bill for their services that I received by email included a $125.00 trip charge to ************, which is only a ************************************** Williston. Not only was this trip charge never discussed with me beforehand, I feel the charge is excessive. I called the business phone number and spoke with ***********************, who led me to believe that they might adjust the fee to my satisfaction, to which I expressed my appreciation, and then she rather abruptly hung up the phone on me. Even though I suggested an adjustment downward from the fee of $125.00 to $65.00, No reduction or adjustment in the trip charge fee has ever been done to this date.
