Fraudulent charges attempted on our credit card - On July 22nd were notified that a charge had been declined in our credit card. The amount was $24.99, charged by a company we do not have business with, and had not heard of until that day. The company name showing in the declined charge was Craft Lifestyle Management. Since that charge had been declined, we did not do anything at the time. On July 29th, a week later, a second charge was declined, from the same company and with the same amount. This time we researched and found the company web site, and a contact email - [email protected]. That same day we wrote a note to that address, with the contents below: "Hello, I want to notify you of fraudulent charges attempted on my credit card. They were both for $24.99, charged on July 22nd, and again on July 29th. They show "Craft Lifestyle Management" as the charging origin. Although both attempts have been declined, I am contacting you to notify of these events, in case you are also a victim and somehow being scammed. Take care, ******** *****" That was the email we wrote on July 29th. As I write this on August 4th, we have not received a reply to that email. Today we were again notified of a declined charge, so far the third attempt to charge us $24.99. We write the BBB to request that the attempts to charge us stop. Again, we have no business with this company, never did, and had not heard from then until the charges started.Business response

In response to this Fraudulent credit card charge of 24.99 On July 22 & 29th
Researched this immediately upon receiving BBB email! This email was In our Junk Mail on July 29th. Craft Lifestyle Management does NOT have a credit card system. It is Impossible for CLM to attempt or to accomplish a charge to a credit card and we CLM does not take credit cards over the phone. This must be some type of scam we have also confirmed with our IT that we have not been breached at this time.
Our apologies, for any fraudulent activity that brings our business of 36 years into a scam! We will continue to monitor this.
