Good Afternoon, I'm reaching out because I can't get assistance from the Bellevue Leader directly. I haven't received my Bellevue Leader in 2 weeks. I didn't get a paper at all last week and this week I got a paper from the Sarpy County Times which wasn't authorized. I called and was told my account was changed without my permission, but no one can tell me by who. I asked if the Bellevue Leader was now longer a published paper and can't get a yes or no answer. I asked if I can't get the Bellevue Leader to cancel the rest of my subscription that I believe expires in May and I can't get an answer for that either. If they can't even cancel the subscription and send me back a refund. And they need more training for their customer service. It shouldn't take hours to get a yes or no answer in regards to the Bellevue Leader or not.Business response

Customer would have talked with someone in our call center which is overseas. She did not speak to someone in the local office. It appears on her account that she did get ahold of someone in the call center on January 27, 2023, and received a credit for the missed papers as well as stopped her account on February 1, 2023. A refund was issued on February 15, 2023, in the amount of $***** for the remainder of the subscription. We did have articles printed in the last issue of the Bellevue Leader and the first issue of the Sarpy County Times explaining that we had combined all three of our Sarpy County newspapers (Bellevue Leader, Papillion Times and Gretna Breeze) into one. I left a voicemail for the customer on April 25, 2023, after receiving an email regarding this complaint explaining what happened and to verify that she did receive her refund.
