            Purchased 2022 Audi A4 with 9500miles April 29, 2023. In order to make the sale, they didn’t disclose rebuilt title up front. Vehicle displays symptom for starting malfunction same day it was purchased. Diagnosis is to replace hybrid battery, costing near $1,000 for parts and several hours of labor for replacement. They promised the car was as good as new with no issues. No resolution has been reached. They submitted order for the battery with Audi of Omaha which required a back order of 6+ months. Recent check in with Audi of Omaha it was found the battery was recieved. The past 2 weeks Unisell has avoided taking any action and has provided no steps at resolution. Loss for over-paying on rebuilt vehicle is at least $3,000. Loss from repairing vehicle to sellable condition (start malfunction) is estimated at around $1,500 via battery replacement. Loss from having to sell the car that never would have been purchased without original deception would be a total exceeding $7,000.

            Bait and switch scam dealers! Beware if shopping online and don't trust anything the sales reps tell you. They will lie to you to get you on their lot and then push you into another vehicle. I chatted with a sales rep on 4/25/2024 in the afternoon, he verified the availability of a car I was interested in; unfortunately, I did not get his name. I contacted them again the next morning to schedule a test drive; but suddenly Mike D******* tells me that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold over a week ago but they help me out by getting me into a car 4 years newer and almost $10k more expensive. Refused to provide an explanation as to why or how the previous sales rep verified the availability; accused their website guy of not updating the website yet; and also blamed cargurus for being slow in removing sold inventory. To further push the bait & switch scam, Mike then offered an inconsequential rude "discount" of $500 towards any car on their lot. I've sold cars on cargurus before; once you mark it on cargurus as sold, it is immediately removed from available inventory. That claim is a complete and total falsehood.
