We ordered a **** Train Set on 1/10/2022 from this company. The address given on the site says ********. When our card was charged, it said ********* and when we call the phone number, it says **********. Rather confusing. We got an email on 1/17 that our order was complete and tracking was set. On the day it was to deliver, we got confirmation that it was delivered at our mailbox at 9:44 on 1/20. We knew it would not fit in a mailbox and that we were home at that time and no mail comes then. We called the PO and they checked the tracking number......it was delivered to a different address and it was an item of clothing. We were told to contact the company, which we have done numerous times. We never talk to anyone. It always says to leave a message and they will replay in 24 hours. NO emails have been answered. We just feel stuck that we did not get our order for almost $*** and cannot get in touch with them to see what is going on. We have filed a dispute with our credit card on this. I understand mistakes can happen, but I just need to know if we actually are being shipped this item and when as it is a gift for our grandson, which is already over a week late.
