I had my car towed to Dynamic Auto for service on 3/21/22. I received communication from Jesse (the manager) via text on 3/21, 3/30, 4/5, 4/8, 4/19, and 4/20. The last communication on 4/20 stated: Jesse: Hoping to be wrapped up end of day Friday but there is a chance it may run into Monday afternoon. I have received no further communication since. I started calling the business daily on 4/29, and have left messages on the answering machine. I have also texted the company, emailed them through the BBB site, and sent a message through ****************** with no response. I have gone to the business twice on 5/3 and 5/10, and the building is locked. On 5/10, it did appear that someone had been in the building at some point as invoices were moved on the desk, and the dog leash was picked up off the floor. There was also a ************ with handicap plates parked in front of the building. My vehicle is no where to be seen, and I assume it is locked in the building. I have paid approximately $******** towards the repairs so far. I don't know if I should be calling the police for a well check, or if he skipped town. I have absolutely no clue what to do from here, but thought I would start with you. Thank You for your help! I do have copies of all his texts and ****** payments, but am unable to upload them on my work computer at this time.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/05/23) */ I was contacted by Jesse (the manager) on 5/17, and I was able to pick up my car, 5/20. He was in contact 5/17 & 5/18, but I was unable to get a hold of him 5/19, and I didn't hear from him 5/20 until late afternoon. He said he went on vacation, his dad died, he was waiting on a seal, and he didn't realize his phone system was not working for the last month. He said Dave (the owner) has a problem foot, and has been in and out of the VA over the last couple months. My vehicle repairs do appear to be done at this time.
