            They call/ mail cards weekly to buy my rentals/ home. I've told the weekly I have nothing for sale and to please take me off there mailing list/ call list. But they still keep calling. I'm on the do not call list but it doesn't matter they still call. I'm just sick of it. Hopefully you can help. Thanks

            Dynamic Properties owns and leases a home next to my house. I am a homeowner. They are renting it out to people who: do drugs, drive drunk all over our community streets, harass and threaten us with racial slurs and homophobic hate speech, vandalized our cars upwards of 4000$ by egging our cars and home, let their unregistered dog run loose and attack people and then call the cops on us when we try to help the dog. Myself and another neighbor have been advised by the police to file protection orders against them. THIS IS UNFAIR AND NO WAY TO LIVE. We as a collective of homeowners on this street have begged and pleaded with dynamic properties to do the right thing and terminate their lease so that our community may be a safer place. They will not help, return calls or respond or do anything at all. Shame shame shame on them. They don't deserve a place at BBB

            I'm sorry to hear about issues with your neighbors. Unfortunately we cannot legally evict tenants due to neighbors' unrest with them. We have to follow the laws and rules governed with tenant/landlord law. The landlord has been informed of the issues and is taking every action within legal reason. Thank you for the feedback.
