I purchased a refinishing product from King's in August, 2019. This covered my bathroom sink and countertop, the tub, and the walls around the tub. They provided a 10 year warranty on the resurfacing product. In Aug. 2021 there were flaws in the sink which they fixed. Then I noticed a flaw in the tub which I notified them of in Jan. 2022. They came to it in March, 2022 after numeral text messages. The guy who came said that the product he uses couldn't be used with the product used initially. He said he'd discuss it with the owner and get back with me. I finally texted both, the owner and the worker, on March 7th. Their reply was "I'm sorry but we no longer offer the spec product on tub showers. If you want it resurfaced in white we would be able to do that but we'd have to recharge you." So...my issue/complaint is that I purchased a product to redo my entire bathroom and have a warranty for 10 years. Now the warranty is not valid and I can't even get the resurfacing color I used. I would have to redo the entire bathroom and be charged somewhere between $***** - $*****, if not more. The flaw at the back of the tub is approximately 2" diameter & is very noticeable. I would like it fixed as the warranty states without being charged.
