Sherry took my mother's money and never was able to get a permit to do the work on her bathroom. When my mother tried to get her money back from Sherry she refused to give it back saying it was a deposit. DO NOT GO THROUGH SHERRY KING FOR YOUR RENOVATIONS. SHES A SCAM ARTIST TO SAY THE LEAST.

Warning!!! Do not use Kings Home Kreations!! Sherri came to our home in March of 2021 and sold us on a process of resurfacing our kitchen countertops and back splash as well! It has been a total nightmare since the beginning. The initial guy that came to start the process was not very friendly and ended up splashing our appliances with product and also on our wood floors. The countertops started chipping in various areas. Numerous attempts by myself I tried to contact Sherri and received no answer. My husband who was very upset finally called himself and on Memorial weekend of the same year she finally called back. That was less than three months and we were having problems already. Well to make a long story short here it is December of 22 and we have at least 3 chips in different areas. We use only water and ****** cloths to wipe our counters due to being afraid to use anything else. We feel we got no more than a paint job on the whole process! They have been to our home 3 times already for repairs and they will not ever come back to our home again. We spent over 2700.00 of nothing but back workmanship. There is a reason why their bid was lower. They may be hearing from an attorney. We will be looking for a company that has quality workmanship. We actually had problems the day after the process was started and it started bubbling up. We were told it was because the contractor was sweating and it must of dripped off of his face when working on the counter. The whole thing was a mess and here we are December of 22 and now the counter is starting to chip. I am afraid of these counters and embarassed to have anybody see them. I have taken photos of the chipped areas. She never once called during the whole process to check on how things were going and if we were happy. She will be hearing from us! Mary *******

If there was no stars i would have done it!! Sherri is deceiving at first to say the least. She has no value in integrity, ethical values, communication or compassion to her clients. She never has even worked her hands with epoxy. She hires guys to supposedly know how to do it for her. Her communication skills are horrible for a business owner. I lost 2 days of work for work that was promised and was never done. I have pictures to show of what was done and damaged... they only applied a 25.00 quart of black *************** primer to my counters! I gave her 800.00 deposit and I deserve that back because they unprofessionally walked off the job, leaving my kitchen in disarray .WHO DOES THAT? Leaving my faucet sinks loose! My back up contractor said he has to start from the beginning as that is the worst, cheap primer he would Never use! I should have read the reviews prior as no matter what her price is DO NOT HIRE THEM. Kevin was even afraid to "attempt" my color and had NO pics of his work to show or samples ! WHAT? I will be taking this to small claims court if my money is not refunded. I can only pray for this woman.. as her business will fail with this continuous pattern!
