In October 2023 I had Premier Underground (Premier Electric's sprinkler division) out to my house to winterize my sprinkler system. They said that they had completed the job, but this January the pipe leading from my house to the sprinkler broke due to water still being in the pipe. When I spoke to several different plumbers they said that this should have been drained by Premier Underground as a normal part of winterizing the system and that it is part of their (Premier Underground) responsibility and so they should pay the $663.40 to replace the broken part. I contacted Premier Underground and they refused to pay and have since not answered my calls or returned any messages. I believe they should pay the full amount of replacing the broken part because the issue was caused by their negligence.Business response

******* contacted us when I was out of town on Vacation. I talked to him on the phone when I got back and we discussed this issue.
******* still owed us money for the work that we did at his house. He paid us on February 2nd for an invoice that was sent out on October 17th.
He also emailed me the repair bills for the backflow on the 2nd and I paid him for them on February 9th.
Not sure how much sooner he wanted paid for them. I also talked to him on the phone multiple times and called him back when I missed his phone call.
This issue has been resolved.
